You’re never too old and it’s never too late. 59 years young, on the verge of turning 60 in April.

Having previously done BeachBody and for a long time having done light weights and higher reps, she is experiencing the benefits of lifting heavier in lower to medium rep ranges.

She works out 3 days per week, balancing her busy schedule with sometimes working out at the gym, but at times having to work out in her home gym either here locally or in New York.
