  • I have been working with Candice for a couple of months now.  I find her to be incredibly supportive and realistic in her coaching.  She is leading me towards my goals with sustainable life choices.  She is accessible and responsive.   I find it reassuring when she can back her recommendations up with her medical knowledge and experience.  In the last few months, I did my first powerlifting meet and her recommendations surrounding nutrition and training (timing/amount) was spot on – the meet was a great success.  In addition, I have had some bumps in the road and Candice has pushed me to be patient with myself, without losing sight of my goals.  I look forward to our continued success together.
