Individualized Programming

We provide individualized fitness programs centered around a client’s goals, abilities, and lifestyle.  We start with a formalized assessment and then design a program that is engaging and fun, helping the person to accomplish their goals.  We are a source of support and encouragement for our clients, as well as an accountability partner.  All of our clients receive weekly check-ins, face-to-face monthly consults, and feedback on their workouts to help optimize their results.  If it’s important to our clients, it’s important to us.

We understand that you have a busy life outside of the gym.  We offer flexible scheduling to support you accomplishing your goals.

Our hours are:

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

6:00am-12:00pm & 3:00pm-6:30pm

Tuesdays & Thursdays

6:00am-11:00am & 3:00pm-6:30pm

Saturdays

7:30am-10:00am
