September Cohort of 28 Days to a Healthier You kicks off!
In this 28-day healthy habit builder program, you will be educated in a group format on way to incorporate healthier habits into your everyday life that will support a healthier version of yourself!
Nutrition education is also another component of this course. Learn about protein, carbs, and fats and other aspects of a healthy nutritional approach that will help you lead a more vital life!
Every participant receives a personalized macro profile and lifetime access to the materials provided in the Facebook group.
Not on Facebook? No problem! The same information can be delivered to your email inbox daily and you can receive support via email. You are still welcome to attend the group Zoom calls!
There will be 2 1-Hour Zoom sessions that will be conducted live to answer your questions. If you can’t attend, the recording will be emailed to you to review at a later time.

Understanding Nutrition, a course being offered by Crestwood Area Community Education (CACE)
Coach Candice will educate on the basics of nutrition. Attendees will learn more about macronutrients: protein, carbohydrates, and fats. The importance of micronutrients will also be reviewed. Basic lifestyle guidelines for improving overall health will be discussed. Strategies for implementation to help set people up for success will be provided. Attendees will receive a handout in the class with the information discussed in the session. In addition, following attendance in the class, participants will receive a free personalized nutrition guide via email and be granted admittance into a private Facebook group specific to this course.
