Confidence isn’t always found in a number on the scale, it’s often in how you feel
You don’t have to wait till you have accomplished your goal to be proud. You can be proud of yourself along the way.

- “I wear shorts now more than I ever used to.”
- “I love wearing tank tops.”
- “I had to buy a smaller size pair of leggings.”
We might start with a goal of saying “I’d like to lose another 10 pounds.” Deep down it’s often that we want to feel better about ourselves…and that is often not found in a “number” but in a “feeling” and the way we carry ourselves in our everyday lives.
Fall in love with the process of doing something good for yourself and the results will follow.
