The first one was special in its own way. Likewise, this one means a lot to me as well.
I don’t want to call it a “diet book.” I am not here with some gimmick. I am here with strategies that will help you make noticeable improvements in your health. I’m not interested in helping you lose 10 pounds over the next month. I’m here to help you lose 10 pounds and keep it off forever.
Personally speaking, I’ve lost 50 pounds and I’ve kept it off…for YEARS.
My goal is to reflect back on this experience and guide a person who is starting from square one, how to proceed forward. In other words, if I had to start over again, this is how I would do it.
This book will be a weekly step-by-step guide with simple action steps each week. I will provide input into how to modify your mindset around certain topics or behaviors. I will provide education around the reasoning behind these topics or habits I want you to develop. In other words, I want you to know both the hows and the whys so that this is the last “weight loss” book you will ever need.
Even better, you will have an opportunity to receive much of the book’s planned content for free. If you stay tuned to my blog or you are on my email list, you will have an opportunity to read a vast majority of the content…for free.
Essentially, the content will be my “rough draft.” My vision is for a 52-week step-by-step guide. I’d love to be able to release one week every week, and that will certainly be my goal, but please understand my family and my business come first and I may need to prioritize some things first before I work on this special project. However, please know, this special project means a lot to me and I will certainly do my best to roll installments of it out weekly.
My early thoughts are to have a private Facebook group where one can provide feedback and share how a particular practice helped them. I will also encourage readers of the content to respond to my email with what they accomplished that week. Even for the blog readers, they are welcome to shoot me an email as well to share their experience(s).
