If you want something different for yourself,
it means doing something different.
Perhaps in previous years, you went Keto on January 1st, only to stick with it for 2 weeks, then quit. Maybe you lost a few pounds, then gained it back, and maybe you’re actually heavier now than when you started last year.
Maybe you did a “10 day cleanse” and saw some improvements, but again, you’re still exactly where you were. (Quick tip: cleanses are a waste of your money and are useless. You have a liver and kidneys to perform those actual functions).
I am not here to condemn you for the things you have tried. I’ve been there myself! I remember buying some fancy supplement regimen while on a cruise with my husband many years ago. Neither of us lost weight…actually gained lol!
The key factor people overlook is that sustainable weight loss requires modification of your habits and your lifestyle. A quick follow-up to that though is that those modifications are best done gradually. Too much all at once and too sharp of a change is likely to be overwhelming and will possibly contribute to you actually accomplishing nothing.
We specialize in helping people develop a gradual approach and prioritizing what is going to help them make the progress they desire.
For someone who may have significant weight to lose…a loss of 50 pounds in a year is not unreasonable. That is less than 1 pound per week.
We’d love to show you what having a plan personalized to you and the support of a coach can help you accomplish in the new year.
At this point, we have 4 days left in the year. This is the perfect time to come in and talk with Coach Candice where we will discuss your goals and current challenges, book your onboarding session should you decide to move forward, and by January 1st (or sooner!), you’ll be ready to rock and roll.
2025 can be different. It’s up to you.
