

Julie has definitely got the running bug!
Along with the Achieve crew, she ran in the Warrior Trail 5K back on Saturday, April 19th and ended up running her 2nd fastest 5K!
The following weekend, she ended up going back to an event on the same trail to run the 10K (6.2 miles) option of that particular race. What she didn’t know when she signed up was how much of a rainy day it was going to be.
Regardless, she showed up fiercely and ended up getting a new personal best on her 10K time!
When sharing her accomplishment in our private Facebook group, I encouraged our crew with:
“We don’t learn within our comfort zone. Working through the tough days makes the easier days all the more easier. When you overcome something tough, then the next challenge seems just a tad bit smaller.”
Many likely chose to stay home instead of running in the rain, but Julie went out and chose to be badass!
