Of course we love each of our peeps in their own way, but one of our favorite things about Suzanne and Tracey is that they are 60+ years young!
They are wonderful examples of how it is never too late to start and try new things. Although they may have worked out in some way when they were younger, this was their first time fully embracing strength training.
Ask either one of them and they will readily share how strength training has improved how they move and feel in their everyday lives.
We also love seeing them be proud of their muscles!
These two women are just an example of the many we work with. Although we work with all ages, and the majority of our clients are in the 35-55 years young age range, a growing number of our clients are 55+. Many times, they are doing research on how to improve their health and through that, they learn about the benefits of strength training such as stronger bones, better balance, and reduced aches and pains in their everyday lives. It has really unlocked an added boost of energy and has improved their quality of life.
We work with people of all fitness abilities, but some of our favorites are the “newbies” who have little to no experience with strength training. With a small, supportive community and a friendly, inviting atmosphere, we provide an environment for those newer to working out feel comfortable learning how good it feels to lift some weights.
