Part of our Nutrition Kickstart program is education on the foods that we eat. Our goal is to educate and empower you to make more informed choices around the food you choose to eat.
Our bodies need a balance of carbs, protein, and fats. Each person has different requirements when it comes to each of those. Eliminating any of those is likely to have subsequent health consequences.
Main takeaway: you don’t have to give up carbs or cut them out completely to lose weight or improve your health. We the Coaches know that, and we love when our clients come to recognize that!
