- Down 7.4 pounds
- Increased muscle mass by 1.3 pounds
- Reduced body fat by 3.7%

- Visceral fat score from 14 down to 11 (goal is 10)
- Raised Basal Metabolic Rate from 1402 to 1417
43 years old – what did she do?
- transitioned from program where the focus was mostly cardio and low weights at high reps to a progressive program that focuses on lifting heavier
- she prioritizes making better food choices the majority of the time and does some meal prep to help her stay on track
- focuses on activity outside of the gym and regularly gets in 10,000 steps per day
- now runs about 1 mile twice per week. This was an activity she used to enjoy, but stopped due to pain in her knees. Now pain free, she has resumed this activity : )
- when she can’t workout with us in-person, she works out at Planet Fitness. With the support and guidance of a personalized program, she has started to make use of equipment that she hadn’t prior. She also saves time by walking in with a plan.
Nothing she did is super complicated. Too many people over-complicate improving their body composition.
Ultimately, it requires planning, prioritizing, patience, and consistency. No doubt, simple does not mean easy.
