We love these wins for our clients!

These past few days have been so uplifting…we’re so happy for our clients.

It has been exciting to see clients experience the rewards of trusting the process.

A few days ago, we shared the story of a woman who trusted the process and experienced an improvement in her body composition by losing body fat and increasing her muscle mass which helped her improve her health markers (cholesterol) on her lab work…at 52-years-old.

Another woman just yesterday shared her win of being able to do something in the gym that even just a few months ago, she could not. When we first tried it with her, she absolutely could not do a particular challenging move. Just yesterday, she shared how she was able to finally do it! It’s another friendly reminder of how one can adopt the mindset that when you can’t do something, it’s more of a “not yet” and not a “never gonna happen.”

One of our remote clients just passed the entrance test for the State Police with flying colors. He shaved approximately 90 seconds off his 1.5 mile time from when we first started working together. He reflected on his thoughts to himself when he finished that final run: “it felt so good because the hard work showed.”

Another woman shared how since losing weight, she has been able to get up and down the stairs easily and with confidence and less effort. Previously, she was having to take them step-by-step because she had a lot of knee pain and some things that we take for granted as easy in a day were much more challenging.

Lastly, a woman shared with me yesterday how she was able to increase the number of strict pull-ups she can do in a row. She expressed how happy that made her feel.

What do these people have in common? They:

  • trusted the process when the daily plan may have seemed mundane or irrelevant to their goal
  • they continued even after training sessions where it seemed like nothing went right
  • they trusted that smart work done right with even just 3 days per week is better than excessive unnecessary work done 5 days per week
  • they didn’t give up on themselves when they couldn’t do something
  • they were open to allowing someone else to help them when they weren’t sure exactly what path to take towards their goals

These are just 5 people of the many we are trusted to help with their fitness and health goals.

We are looking for 4 more people who are ready to bust through plateaus with their weight loss or fitness. We would’ve asked for 5, but we already have someone scheduled to start Monday : )
