Think you can’t absolutely crush it at Planet Fitness…think again!
Shout out to this woman who follows our 3-day per week program of full body strength workouts at Planet Fitness. Yes, she is celebrating her arms here that she is proud of and excited for (she’s gotta love tank top season!), but ultimately each session focuses on getting in some leg and core work as well.
We love working with people in-person, but we also appreciate the opportunity to support folks from wherever they are in the world.
Sometimes people just need a guide who provides a plan, some direction on what to do, and perhaps an accountability partner. It’s also nice to free up the mind from having to decide what to do and to be able to just show up and do the work.
We are more than a program. We are more than a gym. We are a coaching service here to help you make measurable progress towards your goals.
