Tuesday Testimonial: Diane

Diane Test

Never too old to start something new ; )

A growing number of our clients are 55+.

They have a desire to feel stronger and more capable in their everyday life.

Majority of our clients fall within the 35-55 age range.  While of course they may have some aesthetic goals, we encourage them to consider this important question, “what do you want your life to be like when you are 60, 70, or 80 years old?”

Fast fact for you…the people who have done the most to preserve or increase their muscle mass tend to be living their lives to the fullest and more independently longer.

In our work with folks, we love seeing them improve their squat mechanics…which means they’ll be able to get off the toilet on their own for a longer time to come.

We love seeing them improve their single leg strength which means they’ll be able to get up and down the steps in their home for a very long time.

We love seeing them improve their grip strength which means they’ll be able to carry their own groceries into their house for a longer time.

Diane here…a local state park educator, has a goal of getting in and out of her kayak independently.  She has made great strides in a few short months!  She is moving better all the time and has improved her core strength.  We have no doubt that through consistency, she will accomplish her goal!  We might just have to plan a gym kayak outing this summer!!
