We check-in with our clients weekly to help ensure we are serving them in the best way possible. Coaching our clients effectively requires communication and we appreciate learning how we can helping them be successful week-over-week.
Your individual needs also matter to us. Many folks come to us with a particular challenge physically and we strive to help them work through it or around it to help them feel better and accomplish their goals.
This client has a long history of back pain which has affected her ability to do things physically at times. We have developed a workout routine that takes this into account as well as incorporated some exercises that help her strengthen her back and core. We also progress her gently and frequently ask for feedback on how something feels.
Our ultimate goal is to help her move more confidently and strongly in her everyday life. Perhaps it is already working – her kids remarked how she is so much stronger in their backyard games of badminton : )
