Train for Athena’s Battle on the Mountain II!
May 31st is our 2nd annual Women-only Strongman Competition, Athena’s Battle on the Mountain II.
Each month, we have a templated-program offering called Functional Strength. It is 3 days per week of full body strength training with some cardio incorporated as well. We also support you with your nutritional needs.
In addition to our basic Functional Fitness track, we are offering a “Strongwoman” track in April and May to help women who are interested in preparing for this competition.

To guarantee yourself a shirt and swag bag for competition day, the deadline to register is May 17th.
Following this track in April is a great way to get a feel for the events and build that base of confidence. If you aren’t quite feeling like you’ll be able to make the necessary progress by comp day (and you can discuss that further with your Coach), we can easily transition you into our standard Functional Strength program for April which will have a “Buttz and Gutz” (i.e. glutes and core) focus.
