
Train with us for an upcoming race!
Many folks within our gym will be training for Bernie’s Run which takes place July 4th in Downtown Wilkes-Barre.
You are welcome to join us or use this program to train for a different race of your choosing.
The features of our program:
- 3 days per week of programmed running and walking.
- If you cannot run, that is 100% OK! You can focus on walking briskly within those same intervals.
- 1 day of strength training that can be done with us in the gym under Coach supervision or can be done on your own anywhere you have access to dumbbells.
- 8 weeks of progression to help you be ready for race day!
- Coaching support and guidance along the way to help you.
