There’s strong, then there’s “STRONG.”

We’ve got some wonderful Teen Athletes making good use of their time this summer.

From ice hockey, to soccer, to wrestling, they are working 1-on-1 with Coaches to build strength specific to their sport, learn proper form, and grow in their confidence.

Serious talk here for a moment: your kid doesn’t need another agility session…they need the strong bones and tendons to support the demands and dynamic movements of their sport. Strength training provides that. Can we incorporate movements to promote agility and speed into the program? Sure, as long as time allows. However, strength training is the priority.

Our goal: help your kid feel and be strong in their movements and to build their confidence. Long-term goal: help them stay engaged in their sport and as injury-free as possible.
