Youth and Teen Fitness

We are looking for 5 youth or teens, boys or girls, who’d like to work 1:1 with a Coach to gain strength and confidence.

Whether they want to work on strength and agility for their specific sport or to simply gain confidence that extends to other parts of their life, we’d love to see them become a part of Coach Mark’s Army or Coach Kathie’s or Coach Lisa’s Squad!

We have youth that work with us to simply feel better and develop proper form and have positive exposure to the gym setting.

We also have youth that play basketball, ice hockey, baseball, football, and/or soccer who want to build strength and agility for their sport.

Presently, we work with kids anywhere from age 12 through to 18 and have worked with kids as young as 8.

We love working with kids new to lifting as much as we love working with adults new to lifting!
