People often tie success to objective numbers.
Maybe it’s accomplishing a certain number on the scale for their personal weight loss (or weight gain) journey.
For some, it could be increasing how much they can do on a particular lift.
Just like I mentioned yesterday, it can be an improved value on one’s blood work.
Those are all worthy of being proud of, but sometimes, we just can’t put a number on the things that mean the most to us.
For some, it can be having the energy and ability to be more active with their kids.
When it comes to our older clients, it’s feeling more stable, having improved balance, and being strong enough to still do work around their own home.
Or, like a woman commented in her weekly check-in this past weekend, “I felt competent and empowered this weekend” as she coached her child’s sports team at an event.
These are personal wins for our clients that you just can’t put a number on.
Our slogan for our coaching service is: “Be Strong. Be Confident.”
Focus on building strength and you will see not only just your overall general health improve, but also your confidence–inside AND outside of the gym.
In closing, we’re here to help you with both the goals you can and cannot tie a number too : )
