In that session, you’ll sit down 1:1 with Coach Candice and do the following:
- Step on the Inbody and get baseline data. This biometric scale provides information related to your muscle mass, body fat, basal metabolic rate, etc. We’ll use data from your InBody scan provide guidance with nutrition recommendations.
- We’ll then sit down, discuss, and do some education around nutrition. It is the foundation for success with your efforts in the gym.
- We also discuss some lifestyle principles that help support your fitness and health journey as well.
There is a one-time charge for our Onboarding Session of $50.
We then see what you would prefer when it comes to working out. Would you feel more comfortable working 1:1 with a Coach (personal training) or do you prefer a smaller, more group-like setting (our semi-private) where you share the Coach with some other wonderful people.
Our 1:1 sessions are as low as $30 for 30 minutes. 1-2 sessions a week is great for someone who hasn’t worked out in a long time and just wants to start with a little bit of something to get back into it.
Our semi-private programs now offer the convenience of weekly billing and are available for as low as $69 per week and provide the opportunity to workout three to five days per week with us. We rarely encourage 5 days per week to start and the vast majority of our folks do three days per week and have great results.
Regardless of the path you choose, you’ll be partnered with a wonderful Coach who will walk hand-in-hand with you on your journey to becoming your healthiest self.
