Tight on time?

time

Is the week dragging for you or is it flying too fast?

Regardless, time is finite for all of us.

We all only have so much time to devote to our life’s priorities.

One thing we shouldn’t sacrifice for the sake of time: our health.

Chronic disease doesn’t care that you were too busy to eat better or exercise.

That physical ailment that you now need physical therapy for doesn’t care that you were too busy to workout to reduce injury risk.

Your need for a nursing home when you are 80 because you didn’t take the time to build muscle mass in your 40’s doesn’t care that you were too busy to strength train 2-3 times per week.

This might be a little bit of tough love, but here goes: your excuses are invalid. People busier than you are getting it done.

It’s either a priority for you or it isn’t. The truth about our health: you can have 1000 problems at any one time, but once you have a health problem, you now only have one.

We strive to help people be on the preventive side of caring for their health.

Our goal is to make it easy for people to incorporate exercise into their lives.

That could be one to three 1:1 personal training sessions per week.

That could be one to three small group personal training sessions per week.

That could be one to two group classes.

We have a little bit of something for everyone to help them make smart use of their limited time.

We’d love to help you eliminate the excuse of “I don’t have time” and help make fitness a part of your life.
