The key to our approach:  You are at the center

We meet YOU where YOU are at.  We don’t ask you to conform to us.

We learn more about you and what you are ready to work on.

For example, not everyone is ready to work on nutrition when they first come through the door.  They might need to just work on showing up to the gym regularly.  When that person feels more ready to focus on nutrition, we do it!

When that person is ready to focus on nutrition, we still adapt to meet them where they are at.  Some are ready to really focus on details whereas others need a gradual approach.  We collaborate with the client to help choose and adopt a plan that is best suited for them.

With fitness, it’s the same.  Our clients are not thrown into a group class and trapped into doing what everyone else is doing with movements that may not be ideal for them.  We specialize in a personalized approach with options for our clients to train privately 1:1 with a Coach, or to train semi-privately where they share the Coach with others who are also working out.

We don’t encourage people to start off with doing more than they can sustain.  Especially for folks that haven’t worked out in some time, or ever, we often recommend people start off with 2 or 3 days per week to ease their way back in.

Ultimately, while each person may have similar challenges or goals, each person’s journey or path is their own.  We honor that and are prepared to support you each step of the way.  When challenges come up, we are here to help you adapt.

Selfishly, we love witnessing those “aha” moments as clients recognize how everything comes together.  It is cool for us to witness their recognition for how “little by little, a little becomes a lot.”

When you are in the thick of it, the work…the little things you are doing might seem meaningless or you might wonder how it is ever going to come together…and then it does.

None of it is flashy…none of it will make the cover of a magazine at the supermarket checkout.  It’s focused, effective work that works as long as you do.

We’re not here for the fads.  We focus on what matters and forget about the rest. The time you have to devote to health and fitness is time-limited and we want to make effective use of that time.

Tomorrow, we’ll share one of our client’s success stories.

To keep it short, we’ll share one…we have so many we can share, but we’ll start with one.

Sincerely,

Coach Candice
