Let me tell you about Julie.

A year and a half ago, she came to us looking for some guidance, motivation, and support.

She enjoyed the gym and was regularly attending one, but kind of felt like she was missing some direction.

So, she decided to start with us for some motivation, encouragement, and support.

Fast forward 18 months later…

  • she has run multiple 10Ks – she recently set a new personal best
  • her 5Ks are getting faster
  • she has competed in powerlifting and finally reached her goal of a 300 pound + deadlift
  • she just did her one rep close grip bench press weight of 145 pounds…for 5 reps on Friday!
  • she is running her first Half Marathon this weekend
  • she is having fun at Spartan Races and other obstacle course races
  • she is competing in Strongman and CrossFit competitions
  • she is getting stronger and faster all of the time!

…just to name a few.

For each event she signs up for, we help tailor her training to help her achieve her goals.

Working with a Coach helps you take your goals from being just hopes and dreams in your mind…to real life.

Of course, you have to show up and put in the work, but that is all we really ask for: aim to be consistent and do your best each time, whatever your best may look like for that day.

Our small group training is unlike anything else others offer. You get to experience the support and camaraderie of community; however, you get to still work a program that is tailored to you and focused on your goals. You don’t have to follow the crowd and miss out on achieving what is important to you.
