How it works:

  • start off with an Onboarding session where we get your baseline information and do education around nutrition and lifestyle. This session has a one time cost of $50.
  • Two (2) 1:1 30-minute sessions with a Coach OR three (3) small group personal training sessions per week
  • We collaborate on a focused plan for your nutrition where you ditch the low-calorie, fad diets and we focus on eating quality foods that fuel your body
  • You work 1:1 with Coach Candice for your nutrition and do a bi-weekly face-to-face check-in with her

The focus – simple, effective interventions done well.

Cost ranges from $98-$107/week

The real reward: feeling confident in a tank top or pair of shorts this summer.
