When she first came to me, she just wasn’t feeling like her best self.

She was more active in their younger days, but now, as a busy Mom and professional, she was feeling the effects of putting herself last for a long time.

She wanted to feel better in her own skin. She wanted more energy. She wanted to feel strong again.
