Client Success Story: A Local Teacher focusing on her Health

She had a goal:  weigh in under 200 lbs prior to the start of the school year.

Mission accomplished!!

Simple strategies:

  • 2 1:1 Personal Training sessions each week that are strength training focused
  • Increased her activity outside of the gym – primarily walking
  • Nutrition Kickstart program to gradually build better habits
  • Putting those lessons into practice!

Her next goal:  be at 190lbs  by the end of September.

We’ve got a feeling she is going to be able to do that.  

Momentum is magical!

None of what she implemented is magical or flashy…it was simple and effective and was planned around what she was prepared and willing to do. 

Coming in to workout has become something she looks forward to and prioritizes in her day and week.
