Back in November, prior to Thanksgiving, we facilitated a Habits Challenge over the course of 4 weeks. We focused on four (4) things: daily activity (walking), protein, hydration, and fruits & veggies.

Simple. Straightforward. Focused on what matters.

Let’s also add, progress over perfection. The person who accomplished those results was far from perfect. Some family emergencies interrupted her consistency in tracking and focus. She typically works out three days per week with us and she saw that interrupted a little bit as well. However, she got right back to it when she could, and she has the results to show for it.

We’ll be doing this challenge again next month with a kick off date of Monday, January 12. The week of January 5th, we encourage folks to come in and get their baseline Inbody scale data.

Why January 12th and not January 1st? Sadly, about 2 weeks into January, people who have set New Year’s Resolutions are already starting to fall off track. We want to help 2026 be different for people who are looking for guidance with improving their health.
