Our Youth Athletes, ranging from 12 to 17 years old, in sports such as basketball, ice hockey, soccer, and softball…they all share stories of feeling stronger and more confident, a improvement in the stats that matter most to them, and reduced injuries related to playing.
We have quite a few parents who join us each day to do a little something for themselves.
