
On Tuesday, I mentioned how a lot of people come to us with a similar problem: Overwhelm.
Yesterday, I discussed how what people cite as lack of motivation, can really be lack of focus due to overwhelm.
Today, I’ll provide an overview of our process for how we help people make sense of it all and actually make progress.
1) We get to know you. Starting with our free consultation process, our No Sweat Intro, we learn about you and your goals and current challenges. We learn more about where you are now and where you want to be. We use that information to make the best recommendations for you.
2) We collaborate on the best way forward for you. Perhaps you feel more comfortable working 1:1 with a Coach, so we discuss personal training. Perhaps you like more of a group atmosphere, then we discuss our small group personal training. For some, they are working out at a different gym or in their home gym and they want more guidance and direction. In that case, we are discussing our remote coaching.
Regardless of how one works with us, one thing remains the same: everyone is working on a program designed for them according to their goals. There is no walking into a group class and the workout is full of movements you possibly can’t do. There is no trying to keep up with everyone else.
3) We’re always monitoring as we go along. Every training cycle or every habit/lifestyle coaching strategy is about helping someone get closer to their goals. For example, we’ve helped people who’ve wanted to lose body fat and build muscle and we are there to help them make adjustments to their nutrition to accomplish that goal. We’ve had people who wanted to get their first strict pull-up and we broke down that process to help them actually accomplish it. With coaches always supervising our clients working out, we’re always watching for how we can help our clients improve.
