Our Client Julie is Preparing for her first 10K Run!

This past weekend, Julie clocked her furthest run in preparation for her first 10K that she is doing with a family member Saturday, April 5th.

Through her personalized program, we’ve included some running-specific work to prepare for her upcoming race.  She has done her fair share of 5Ks, but this will be her first 10K.

On the weekend, she does some specific pace work and/or intervals.  In her most recent run, she beat her overall average pace from the weekend before.  Let’s also add, her run the weekend before was her 2nd fastest 5K!  It’s awesome progress when you can run for longer, faster!

Perhaps it has been a goal of yours to run a 5K.

Members of the gym will be going to some upcoming races.  You are welcome to join us!  Let us know your goal and we will partner you with someone of similar ability and goals.
