Failing sucks.

I didn’t become a better runner by giving up after a run that went like crap.

Here’s what I did: I KEPT SHOWING UP…despite my failures.

Nothing fancy. Nothing glamorous. Just consistency in showing up, if even imperfectly.

I meet people where they are at in their journey and I help them show up in the best way they can to get results.
