Grateful for Another Year, Excited for the New Year!

As this year closes, I can’t help but look back and be grateful for my coaches, our clients, and our growing fitness community.

We loved helping people grow in their confidence not only in the gym, but outside the gym as well.

We had a number of folks do some pretty cool challenges outside of the gym.

Some of our clients did their first 5K’s (or their first 5K’s in a while), their first Strongman/Strongwoman event, their first obstacle course race, their first triathlon, their first CrossFit competition, or their first Powerlifting Meet.

For most, it was about showing up consistently for themselves despite the craziness life has to offer. We had folks advance into the 200, 300, 400, 500, and now the 600 workouts club!

We had folks accomplish some incredible weight loss and health improvement goals.

A gym that started out of my garage now has members celebrating 3 years working with Achieve Wellness & Fitness.

We are a small, but mighty fitness community who’s mission remains the same: “helping people build confidence through wellness and fitness to live their lives to the fullest.”

2025 was amazing and we feel 2026 will just continue to get better.

January, we are kicking off with the Healthy Habits Challenge. Still time to sign up! You can learn more about that here.

March, we have some folks training for the Winter’s End 4.5 mile race. You can learn more about that race here.

April, we have some folks training for their first Half Marathon, the Scranton Half Marathon. You can learn more about that race here.

May, we have folks training for our women-only Strongwoman Competition, Athena’s Battle on the Mountain. You can learn more about that here.

June, we have someone training for the Pennsylvania State Powerlifting Championships.

July, we have folks training for their first Spartan Race (an obstacle course race).

That is just within the first 7 months!!

Aside from that, we have a greater multitude of folks just training to feeling better and stronger in their daily life. We have some awesome youth fitness clients training to perform better in their sport or just to build confidence in themselves. We have some more “senior” folks who are striving to be strong and independent as long as possible. We have some folks newly engaged who are training to look good and feel good on their wedding days in 2026!

What are your goals for the new year? How would you like to see your health and fitness improve in 2026.

We’d love to help. Our consultation is FREE. You can book that here.

We have a wonderful coaching team that is available to help you whether you work with us in-person or remotely, 1:1, or in our small group personal training.

Regardless if you work with us or not, we wish you the very best in the New Year.

Sincerely,

Your friend in wellness and fitness,

Coach Candice
