Examples of the Many People we Help Beat the Overwhelm

This week, I’ve been discussing a common problem people present to us with: Overwhelm.

I’ve discussed how what people cite as lack of motivation, can really be lack of focus due to overwhelm.

Yesterday, I provided an overview of our process for how we help people make sense of it all and actually make progress. If you missed it, you can read more about that here.

Today, I’d like to share some examples of how we have helped our clients achieve their goals through a personalized program.

  • We have helped Moms feel and become stronger and become more comfortable with strength training because they have someone to show them.
  • We have people doing their first pull-ups and push-ups, something they have been wanting to be able to do forever.
  • We had a local young man who was challenged with improving his running for the State Police entrance test work with us and he shaved nearly 2 minutes off of his time. He’ll actually be in next week to learn how to climb a rope as he prepares for cadet training that starts in February.
  • We have senior clients doing strength training to improve their balance and capabilities in their day-to-day life.
  • We have youth clients learning how to strength train safely and more effectively and as a result, are growing in their confidence and their skill for their sport or for life.

All of these folks may be working out alongside one another or remotely, yet, their program is designed around them and what they’d like to accomplish or whatever their fitness goals are. Most came to us with goals, but just didn’t know how or where to start. Through focused efforts, we get them there.
