We can’t control that we WILL age, but we can control HOW we will age

As you get older, while one can still work towards aesthetic goals, it’s also a bit more about doing as much as you want for yourself for as long as you want.

In this case, it’s cleaning your own floor and shoveling your own snow.

Take it a step further…how long do you want to be able to go up and down the steps?

How long do you want to be able to be getting up off the toilet on your own?

How long do you want to be able to go get your own groceries and carry them in the house?

How long do you want to be able to pick up your grandkids?
