3 Weeks in…nearly 5 pounds down (4.9!)

Slight reduction in muscle mass which is not unusual at first, but priority will be to minimize that as much as possible.

Aside from some scale-related changes…she mentioned that her husband has noticed some subtle differences and she even ran up the steps the other day 

How is she doing it? 

  • prioritizing protein – At moment, striving for about 125 g daily – she hits that and then some 
  • she works out 3 days per week with a priority on strength training 
  • focusing on movement outside of the gym, at moment striving for about 6500 steps daily 
  • prioritizes better choices the vast majority of the time, but does enjoy some little goodies from time to time
