A lot can happen in 3 Months!

How did she do it?

  • works out 3-4 days a week for approximately an hour; prioritizes strength training

  • meal preps to help set herself up for success for the week
  • prioritizes protein
  • recognizes that not everyday will be perfect (and she has had some bumpy days) and focuses on banking some really good days
  • enjoys some special treats in moderation 
  • recognizes that she doesn’t have to say “yes” to foods that don’t support her goals at every office function
