I am Coach Candice Dutko, Head Coach and Owner of Achieve Wellness & Fitness, LLC in Mountain Top, PA.
I write to you today requesting your consideration for sponsorship of our event. Funding received through sponsorship will be redistributed back to athletes and their competition experience.
We are hosting our Fall Strongman Competition on Saturday, October 3rd, The Strength Harvest. This is a co-ed competition that draws the strongest men and women here locally, as well as across the northeast.

There will be 5 total events. First place in the Novice categories and podium placers in our Open categories will have earned themselves a qualifying spot at United States Strongman Nationals in 2027.
Level 1 Sponsorship – $450
- 3’ x 5’ silk screen flag with logo. Will be displayed at our event throughout the day. The remainder of the year till next year’s event, the flag will be hung on the ceiling in the main workout area of the gym.
- Mention within the event’s Facebook event page as sponsor.
- Monthly mention on Achieve Wellness & Facebook page over the next 12 months (page currently at over 1600 followers).
- Mention on our email list as a sponsor.
- Opportunity to include promotional materials in athlete swag bags.
- Opportunity to choose a specific event/class you’d like to sponsor (first come, first serve).
Level 2 Sponsorship – $250
- 2’ x 2’ sign with logo. Will be displayed at our event throughout the day. The remainder of the year till next year’s event, the sign will be on display within the gym.
- Mention within the event’s Facebook event page as sponsor.
- Monthly mention on Achieve Wellness & Facebook page over the next 12 months (page currently at over 1600 followers).
- Mention on our email list as a sponsor.
- Opportunity to include promotional materials in athlete swag bags.
Level 3 Sponsorship – $100
- Mention within the event’s Facebook event page as sponsor.
- Mention on our email list as a sponsor.
- Opportunity to include promotional materials in athlete swag bags.
Level 4 Sponsorship – In Kind
- Mention within the event’s Facebook event page as sponsor.
- Opportunity to include promotional materials in athlete swag bags.
- Mention in our post-event email summary as a contributor.
