Sample 1600 Calorie Day

…including a Frozen Dinner as one of the main meals

In the Facebook group this week, Coach Candice provided an example of a 1600 calorie day with one of the main meals being a frozen dinner.

We get it.  People are often strapped for time.  Yet, they still want to take steps to improve their health. 

The good news, you still can.  It does require a bit of planning though.  

In today’s example, I show how one can utilize a frozen dinner.  In this case, I use Marie Callender’s Fettuccini with Chicken & Broccoli as one of the day’s meals.  Of course, I’ll always be a proponent of making your own meals to have better control over the ingredients and the content, but understand, we just need something super quick sometimes.
