Fall Healthy Habits Challenge

On Monday, I wrote about accountability.

Yesterday, I wrote about simplicity.

Today, I will be sharing more about the Fall Healthy Habits Challenge which helps you accomplish both. 

As the kids would say, here are the “deets:”

  • Starts Monday, October 27th
  • Inbody scan to evaluate your baseline (ideally stop in to do this the week of the 20th)
  • Gradually building just a few habits each week
    • hydration (increasing your water intake)
    • protein (increasing your protein intake)
    • movement (increasing your walking time)
    • nutrient quality (increasing your fruit and veggie intake each week)
  • Assigned to a Coach for accountability and support
  • 28 Healthy Habit Lessons
  • Additional education and tips
  • Opportunity to join Facebook group for added support and encouragement
  • Inbody scan at the end to evaluate your progress (done the week of November 23rd)
  • Cost:  $99, or 4 weekly payments of $25 (4-week commitment required)
  • Group size limited to 20 people
  • Deadline to register:  Friday, October 24th
  • Wraps up Sunday, November 23rd (before Thanksgiving!)
  • 2 $25 Weis Gift cards to be given away each week at random to those who have accomplished 85% consistency or better
