You want to accomplish your health or fitness goals, but when you’re asked to:

  • prep some meals to help you through the week
  • track your nutrition to ensure you are eating what you need to support your goals
  • think ahead for the week with how to get your workouts in and adapt where you need to

…you might reference how you don’t have time for those things or how that is so much “work.”

But what is worse? Being in the same place 6 months from now…or perhaps being even further away from where you’d like to be.

Time spent planning saves you time in the long run.

Another friendly reminder: it’s often the work you don’t want to do that changes your life the most.
