
You want change, but you aren’t willing to change.
You want to be in better shape, but you don’t want to carve out 3 days per week of an hour or less to get a workout in.
You know your nutrition would benefit from being better, but you won’t cook some meals at home.
You want to get better sleep, but you won’t give up that nightly wine.
You have a desire to improve your body composition, but you don’t want to give up even just 15 minutes a day to go for a walk.
By no means is change easy. Change is hard.
It’s also hard to not be where you want to be.
Remember, where there is no challenge, there is no change.
Funny thing is,so many people, when they do let go of whatever that “thing” is, they find something so much better on the other side, that they wonder why they held onto it for so long.
