Her primary workout location: Planet Fitness.
Personalized programming tailored to her individual goals.
Nutrition support and accountability.
One can write a great program, but it is still up to the individual to do it…and she does.
Lord knows things aren’t always perfect. She has had to deal with kiddos being sick, then herself getting sick, her routine being disrupted for various reasons. Some weeks look better than others. However, she is a great example of how being as consistent as you possibly can when conditions are great, buys you a few days for when they aren’t.
She has put in quite a few weeks where she has worked out 4 days per week…but she has had her fair share of instances where she maybe only got in 3, sometimes just 2, and when she got sick, got none! In those instances, she focuses on what she can, and oftentimes, that might mean she prioritizes better nutrition for the day or getting her steps in.
Key takeaways:
- Focus on doing the simple things, consistently.
- Don’t get lured by complexity. There is no complex supplement, workout regime, or nutrition routine that she has implemented.
- Do what you can, when you can.
- Build on your habits. Getting in 10,000 steps a day has become a habit for her and has become part of her routine.
- Planning helps. Taking the time to meal prep and have some go-to foods for when you are on-the-go helps make navigating the challenging moments easier.
You can do it. We believe in you.
