The Healthy Habits Challenge
We had folks who completed it back in October & November accomplish some wonderful results and we want to help people kick off the new year strong!
Here are the details:
- Starts Monday, January 5th and runs through Sunday, February 1st
- InBody scan to evaluate your baseline (ideally stop in to do this next week)
- Focus is on gradually building on just a few habits each week
- hydration – increasing your water intake
- protein – increasing your protein intake
- movement – increasing your walking time
- nutrient quality – increasing your fruit and veggie intake each week
- Your assigned to a Coach for accountability and support
- 28 Healthy Habit Lessons
- Additional education and tips provided via a private Facebook group
- InBody scan at the end of the challenge (the week of February 2nd) to evaluate your progress
- Cost: $99
- Group size limited to 20 people
- Deadline to Register: Friday, January 2nd
- 2 $25 Weis Gift cards to be given away each week at random to those who have accomplished 85% consistency or better with their tracking

You don’t need to be a current member of ours to participate. This is open to anyone and everyone! You just need a cell phone (to use our CoachRx app and a food tracking app) and commitment to making small changes over time.
