62 years young and this woman is still able to enjoy one of her favorite hobbies.  

Focus on being as strong as you possibly can be, relative to you.  This helps you live a fulfilling life for much longer.  

For too long, people have prioritized being the “smallest” version of themselves not realizing that being the strongest version of themselves is way more fulfilling and life-enhancing.

One last point of the emphasis…being stronger helps us be of more service to others.  This woman was not only able to do something to help herself, but also to be able to help someone else. 

The person who has focused on improving their health has less fears when it comes to getting older. 

This time, to many, it might be just birdseed.  This example could easily be groceries, a basket of laundry, or picking up a grandchild.  

Time spent strength training adds to your quality of life.
