At my heaviest, I was 220 pounds.
I remember reflecting on “how did I get here” one time.
When I averaged out my weight gain over the years, I had gained about 5 pounds per year for about 10 years.
It happens so slowly and gradually making it difficult to notice in the moment.
It tends to show up in the little things such as some clothes getting a little snugger or some activities of daily life getting just a teeny bit more challenging.
We’re coming up on the time of year where holidays, especially food-centered holidays, start running into each other. It wouldn’t be unfathomable that one can gain 5 pounds over the course of the 13 weeks left in the year.
That doesn’t have to be the case. There’s approximately 8 weeks between now and Thanksgiving. That’s plenty of time to build a routine that helps you lose 5 pounds or more, develop the habits that help you not put on another 5 pounds this year, and set you up to have a successful start to next year.
If you have 45-60 minutes 2-3 times per week, we’ll help you focus on what matters most so you get in and get out and can get back to your day.
The key is to take action now. Our consultation is FREE. You can book that here.
A lot of people catch themselves telling themselves every week, “I’ll start Monday.” Here’s your opportunity to keep that promise to yourself.
You can do it.
I believe in you.
Sincerely,
Your friend in wellness and fitness,
Coach Candice
