– Focus is on gradually building on just a few habits each week
– hydration – increasing your water intake
– protein – increasing your protein intake
– movement – increasing your walking time
– nutrient quality – increasing your fruit and veggie intake each week
– You’re assigned to a Coach for accountability and support
– 28 Healthy Habit Lessons
– InBody scan at the end of the challenge (the week of February 2nd) to evaluate your progress
