
We’re going to be be getting together a handful of clients who are on a GLP-1 over the next week.
We’re going to focus on nutritional and lifestyle habits and introduce strength training.
This is a good fit for those who:
1) feel like they have been on a GLP-1, yet still feel stuck or stagnant with weight loss
2) are on a GLP-1 and know they need to incorporate a fitness program, but just don’t know where to start
3) are using a GLP-1 now, but want to have a plan in place for being able to transition off of it in the future without a rebound weight gain.
