Whether you work out only at home with limited equipment…or belong to another gym facility…I am able to work with what you have, and don’t have available. I work within your schedule and time limitations.
In-Person Coaching Included
Clients of mine receiving programming can also opt to reserve a timeslot to utilize the equipment available in my garage gym.
Additional Support Offered
I have been a Registered Nurse for 9+ years and offer support on managing your health. Perhaps your physician has told you that you are pre-diabetic or that you have high cholesterol. Important Things to Keep in Mind…
- You don’t have to get in shape before initiating a program with me. Some of my favorite people to work with are those with zero experience! I remember being there and would appreciate the opportunity to support you as you embark on this journey.
- I do not offer any quick fixes. Wellness and fitness is a lifetime commitment. It is not about improving your nutritional habits to achieve a certain goal in 6 weeks…it is about developing habits that will help optimize your health for a lifetime. It is not about what you can do for 6 weeks…it is about staying active and moving well even as you advance in age.
- Educating you is one of my priorities. There may come a day where you don’t need me to guide you regarding your exercise, behaviors, and/or nutrition. Till then I am here to support you as you build confidence in yourself as you take charge of your health.
